![]() On the engine cover the bolt nearest to the oil filler cap on the drivers side has a spacer and a rubber washer are these still available as i seem to have a tiny misting of oil at this bolt and it seems that the bolt hole communicates with the cylinder head /camshaft area.

![]() You'll find because the cover has lost it's spacer the bolt has pierced the cam cover, I suggest you clean the threads place a shorter bolt in with a sealer of some sort and leave it alone.
replace the cover with two bolts retaining it will be fine. |
