Taybarns good value but full of chavs with screaming kids eating like there's no tomorrow. Well the one in Stoke is anyway.

The one in Wigan isn't too bad tbh. Its a little out the way inbetween Ashton and Wigan but not within a walking distance many chavs would find agreeable.

An afternoon Bowling could be an idea, also if your looking at Wigan the carpark opposite the Pizza Hut and Empire Cinema is plenty big enough and is also round the corner of a Chinese all you can eat, ideal if Latics are playing away.

We could also do Walton Hall and Gardens in Warrington and a convoy over the Runcorn Bridge.

Jodrell Bank is another fine place to visit too.

I'm pretty sure we can think up plenty others to keep the meets varied?

There was an American car meet at Krispy Creme this morning. Loads of PT Cruisers (Yuk) but some really nice cars from the 50's and 60's - including a Mustang 350 GT in olive green. Made me want to watch Bullitt for the 100th time.
