V6 fuel injectors

A belated Happy New Year.
Are the 2 and 2.5 litre fuel injectors interchangeable. They look quite different.

And they are different, at least Rimmer's gives different part numbers to the 2.0 & 2.5

MJY100620 2.5
MJY100490 2.0

I have fitted a 2 litre injector to replace a broken one on our 2.5 and the car seems to run OK but just a bit concerned that I may do some damage if I use the car.

I would be concerned too, running a very lean mixture can't be good for that cylinder in the long run.
