WinCE DD unit and bluetooth problem

Hallo!

I'm a new owner of a ZT 260 SE. It's lovely, but I'm having a bit of trouble getting the WinCE DD unit fitted to it to talk to my phone. I have a HTC One.

When I try to connect my phone to the headunit, I get the message "Communicating with <my mobile no>" and the headunit freezes. I waited 10 - 15 mins for something else to happen but it was unresponsive (i.e. touching home on the touchscreen, or using the physical mode button does nothing at all). Any ideas?

try disconnecting the head unit from all power for a Minimum of 4 hours

This will give it a hard reset. You can do it by disconnecting your car battery cable
