Bentley factory Tour Friday 25th October 2013
I am pleased to announce a factory tour at Bentley Motors Crewe on Friday 25th October 2013 9am to 11am.
Bentley were quite particular about us being there for 8:45am at the latest. There are only 16 spaces available and the price is £25 and must be paid in advance. I will ask for this by Paypal to reserve a space and will not reserve one without the payment first. They will be first paid first served. I will add more details when I get chance Please reply to this thread and send me a PM if you are interested. Please be aware that regional meets are not official 75 & ZT Owners Clubs meets and as such are not covered by the clubs public liability insurance. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FROM BENTLEY Thank you for applying to Bentley Motors Ltd for a guided tour of the home of Bentley at Crewe. We have made the following reservation for you: Date of visit: Friday 25 October at 9am Number of visitors: 16 Your 2-hour tour will commence promptly at 9am. To avoid delaying the start of the tour, we would be grateful if you could arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time(they made very clear that this was very important). In the company of your Tour Guide, you will be given a comprehensive tour of the factory to give you an appreciation of the passion for fine craftsmanship and the pride in engineering perfection that goes into every Bentley. Refreshments are provided on the Tour. Please note that the factory closes at midday. Car parking is available on our Visitors’ Car Park located opposite the front entrance to Bentley Motors Ltd on Pyms Lane. On behalf of Bentley Motors Ltd, we look forward to welcoming you to our home at Crewe and trust you will enjoy your Bentley Experience. Safety All visitors must stay with their guide at all times and comply with any instructions given during the visit. Failure to do so may result in the visit being terminated and may jeopardise future visits. Bentley Experience reserves the right to amend the tour route or omit areas of the facility for reasons of visitors’ safety and well-being or for strategic business reasons. This is a walking tour (undercover and outside) and the route covers a distance of around 2 miles so we strongly recommend that you wear comfortable footwear and consider the weather. Please contact us in advance if you have special requirements for your visit. For health and safety reasons, we regret that we are unable to accommodate visitors under the age of 14 years. We ask that visitors aged 14–18 years are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Smoking outside of designated areas and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the grounds of Bentley Motors Ltd. Security Please note that although photography is permitted in our Lineage Exhibition area, it is strictly prohibited in all other areas of the site. Cameras and mobile phones with camera facilities will not be permitted beyond the Lineage Exhibition. Still photographs, film, videotape or other audio-visual material recorded within the Lineage area may not be sold or used commercially in any way whatsoever. Bentley Motors reserves the right: to limit items which may be brought into the grounds and to search bags and the person before granting entry to or exit from the premises to search audio-visual equipment, including mobile phones, and confiscate relevant images if a breach of our photography policy is suspected to remove from its premises any person who contravenes these terms and conditions of entry, and any person whose presence and/or behaviour on the premises could reasonably be construed as dangerous to him/herself or any other person in the grounds. I organised a trip a while ago and you will enjoy it, its an amazing factory, pictures are restricted though, and you cant take any in the factory
