Difficulty in hot start

Hello guys, I ask for help, I have a ZT cdti and I have the problem, when the engine is cold it starts well but when it’s hot it costs to start it, I already changed the camshaft sensor and it remains the same, I turned on the Toaf and I have the results attached, any idea what it might be?

This thread may help you do an injector leak back test.

Sorry for my ignorance but are the values within the parameters?
