Morning all - busy battening down the hatches in preparation for the arrival of the Mini Beast from the East. The temperature has already dropped quite sharply - all we need now is the snow
I'm off to an ironmongers (yes, there are still some around) today to sort out door handles, latches and hinges for my 6 new doors. Joiner advised me to buy the ball bearing type hinges - sounds very technical !

Sorry to hear Dawn is not well. Hope she recovers quickly, in time to look after you should you get the flu.

Morning all. It's damp & breezy today, I caught the train to pay some dosh into my bank (quicker & less hassle taking the car). I saw the first daffodil in bloom of the year, Spring is not far away.

Cheers Bob, how are you recovering from your ails, was it the throttle foot that was playing up, to much time on the road.

10 degrees with sunny spells here, last I knew it was supposed to be rainy until the afternoon.

Washing out on the line for a change, yay.

Sadly forecast is that it won't get above freezing all day tomorrow, walking to and from work will not be pleasant.

Clutch foot was the problem. Getting on ok now thanks to Matt n Shirley who went out of there way to make sure I got the right treatment.
As for the trips, I have knocked most of them on the head for now.
