The bloke who turned up for it was insane, I had to jam the trailer against a kerb and pull the car onto it with my van
I took everything I wanted from it, any more and I'd have no room to move in the man cave. I was thinking of the sills but upon close examination they were not worth saving.

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE |

Looking good Pete, just one thing, when I was doing a bit of research for my project for quad bi-xenons with an led border strip, the flexible strip came with the extra wire for the amber indicator, so I thought about connecting it up, but was pointed to this site.
It would appear that only one indicator per side is allowed, so I'm not sure they'll pass an MOT I suppose you could put a switch in the feed to turn it off at MOT time.. |

I had been thinking of this design for my own car for a while, I was going to delete the front indicator and replace it with a spot light...
thanks for the link...
