All together now.. "Kick it off.. throw it in"....

For those who do not here is the full version of the song,the part highlighted in red will be heard shaking the foundations at Wembley next Monday

In the days to call, which we have left behind, Our boyhood’s glorious game, And our youthful vigour has declined With its mirth and its lonesome end; You will think of the time, the happy time, Its memories fond recall When in the bloom of your youthful prime We’ve kept upon the ball Kick it off, throw it in, have a little scrimmage, Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die; On the ball City, never mind the danger, Steady on, now’s your chance, Hurrah! We’ve scored a goal. Let all tonight then drink with me To the football game we love, And wish it may successful be And in one grand united toast Join player, game and song And fondly pledge your pride and toast Success to the City club. Kick it off, throw it in, have a little scrimmage,
Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die;
On the ball City, never mind the danger,
Steady on, now’s your chance,
Hurrah! We’ve scored a goal.

I would just like to give a mention to my team Rangers FC who last night had a superb 2-0 win in the play off. Semi first leg against Hibernian.

Hopefully we will be back in the top division next season and complete our journey .

Its been a horrible 4 years for us .

Come on the Gers. !!!!

I would also like to mention my team Liverpool, who couldn't win anything again this year, not even Sterlings contract

Right you 'orrible lot you !
No-one South of York has been able to spell Middlesbrough correctly since the Romans came North and built Hadrian's Wall.
Wembley Stadium's total ineptitude is pathetic really - but typical of the Southern based press - both the paper variety and the TV lot. They all seem to think that anything North of Watford is a wild industrial wasteland, populated by Geordies from the M25 to the Scottish Border. Some of last Saturday's daily papers coudn't even be bothered to carry a report on the Boro v Reading second leg on the Friday night - you had to go on-line to read it

Johnny foreigner managed to spell our name correctly on the tickets for the 2006 UEFA final (did I mention the Boro got to that major European Competition Final ) - but we can't achieve it in the UK

Please Ronnie - put it right
