Looks good ! Then I'm a little biased Been discussed on classic forums for a wee while now. Its destined to be wrecked in an budget busting smash to be shown next month! Their are pictures on line somewhere, real shame if they wreck a good P6 ! Hopefully it just looks better than it is or they substitute a rusty one for the smash

Usually TV programs use a rubbish old car with a quick respray so it looks nice on the telly - often the cars are rustbuckets underneath. Cheaper this way too.

Is it what it appears to be, Index is a G reg 1969/70 and bonnet has twin raised cam covers, am I mistaken thinking they appeared from 1971 onward, must be experts or previous owners with better memory than me, though I had one mine was a 1972 K plate.

Your correct its numberplate would be a series 1 but its a series 2 like mine! Another common TV company trick
