I think a ZT 160 with 200 BHP would feel very nice. Nice light engine for more agile handling than the V6.. Teensy bit concerned about lengevity though

Changing the dash panels and steering wheel are very very easy to do. Even I managed it ok.
There are some how to guides on here. Here is the one for the dash. http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ead.php?t=1583 Here is the one for the wheel http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...read.php?t=184 All the steering wheel airbags are interchangeable.

I loved the walnut in my old 200, but it looks too red in a 75. Much prefer my light oak!

THanks for the links to the wooden dash. I managed to find a left hand drive wooden dash, but the question is if it will fit where the passenger sits. I have an airbag of course on the passenger side, and I am unsure whether this wooden set will fit if it has an airbag. I suppose all cars come with airbags on the passenger side, or??
The pictures show a UK version, but they also had left hand drive versions. There were no clips available so can I use the one's I already have in my car? Or will an MG/Rover store be able to fit the dash without any problems? I already ordered from the walnut dash company, so hopefully it will match in colors. I tried to feel the dashboard on my car, and it seems quite easy to take off, at least it comes off at least where the speedometer is behind the steering wheel. Do I need to unscrew anything, or is it just to remove with your bare hands? Last edited by mathiasjohnson; 27th January 2008 at 11:37.. |
