Default Two screws lose and will not grip.

Whilst doing my weekly check today ( water levels etc)I noticed that these two bolts were lose and I tried to tighten them however they just spun around without gripping...Any Ideas regarding a fix and will I do any damage if I were to drive without them in ?.

Cheers
Tony

wrap thread with some ptfe tape ?
at least you have one good fix in the middle so the spark - coil - leads, cover won't come off whilst driving.
