Quite! - Whilst I would be more than happy for any of my dogs past and present to help a person in any way that they can Maninder, I would go as far as to say that I have met a few medics that were so incompetent that I would genuinely not let them treat my cats or dogs let alone myself or a family member.

And in the course of my dealings with NHS Hospital Trusts, and at Primary Care level the old AHA’s, PCT’s (remember NAHAT?) and in more modern times, Commissioning Groups - I have met a few.

The 80/20 rule applies.

I'm intrigued Clive, in fact I'll be honest and admit that I'm more than intrigued given the situation our family is currently facing. Would any of your experience with the likes of CCG's relate to appeals by any chance? We could really do with some help and the paid help that we have so far sounded out has not filled us with confidence.
