I'm intrigued Clive, in fact I'll be honest and admit that I'm more than intrigued given the situation our family is currently facing. Would any of your experience with the likes of CCG's relate to appeals by any chance? We could really do with some help and the paid help that we have so far sounded out has not filled us with confidence.
