Beware gents, QANDIES Ltd of Lewisham High Street appears to come up with lots of warning messages about scam sales.

But if you try via PAYPAL you should be protected, does PAYPAL cover you for someone who is quoting a delivery of 30 working days ( 6 weeks ) ???

Heres one of many TRUSTPILOT reviews...........

Product never arrived. They did issue me a refund about 40 days in, (after asking me to change my one star review to five), but assured me the product was still on the way. It’s been 59 days... nothing. Two friends ordered the same product at the same time and never received them either. Buyers beware!

Update: here are some of the statements from the “solution” email they just sent me. I’ve never dealt with a company this unprofessional in my life.
“It's really disappointing to see One-Star comment by you without contacting me first.... “. “ you know I'm always happy to help but a minute ago my boss said he would fire me if you cannot find the refund's properly shown in your account. I'll appreciate you put 5 star back after you have checked and convinced everything's all right.” Went on and on about how they issued a refund... YES I said right in my review that they DID refund me. Over a month after the email confirming it was shipped, after reaching out multiple times... posting a review is what made them respond. They said the product was on the way, and that “while I waited” for it to arrive they would refund me due to my unpleasant experience. But the product still should have arrived AT SOME POINT. And my two friends who ordered at the same time never received theirs either. What company sends an official email to a customer saying “my boss threatened to fire me”?!? Absolutely unreal.

If anyone actually receives their order please let us all know ........

Steve, I've been using Zapals for two years now without issue. Only one order failed to arrive, refund was promptly given once informed.

Goods are sent from China, hence the 15-30 business day time period. I've had orders arrive on the 10th day before, but the longest has been 45 days.

If you are unsure, just pay using Paypal and feel happy that your money is protected.

This little fella here arrived in 14 days, I think I only paid 65p. He has given some laughs around the table a few times now.

I'm not sure if we will get these orders, my order status is still showing as 'Processing', and I get no reply from Zapals.

In the meantime while we wait, I found them cheaper on ebay for £1.29 HERE...

Well, I had never used zapals before so I decided to go via Paypal when I ordered too. I thought it might be too good to be true so to try to make it more worth their while I decided to order some heat shrink at the same time. Just checked my zapals account and only one order is now showing, it is the one for the heat shrink and it is showing as completed when I have received nothing ... nothing at all. The other order for the trim clips has gone and nothing remains to show that it ever existed in my zapals account.

Of course both of the orders and the two deducted payments are very much still showing in my Paypal account. I've messaged zapals about this but if others are getting the Coventry treatment from it then it is unlikely that I will wait more than a few days before subjecting zapals to the chargeback treatment lol - and that if it comes to pass will be the end of zapals for me. I will regard it as a cheap experience and be thankful that I went for low money to try it.

I'm sure Zapals use the term 'Complete' as in the order has been process and sent out. My latest order is still showing 'Processing', quite odd considering its been a few weeks now.

I've used Zapals a few times now and have never experienced a problem before, orders have always been sent out within 48 hours.

We will have to wait the 15 to 30 business days and see what happens, we opted for the cheapest shipping method, so we cant expect too much can we really.

Seller
Hi Dear,
Thank you for shopping with zapals.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your order due to the peak season.
We will cancel your order and process your refund within 5-10 business days. You'll be refunded to the same payment method used in the original transaction.

Sincerely,
Zapals Customer Service Team
