2004 Connoisseur SE Facelift Tourer, Cimarron Green. Have this problem on both rear doors. I am not very mechanically minded so is the seal formed of both the rubber and a piece of metal inside or is it just the rubber seal? Also, is there any difference between the Tourer and Saloon seals?

Default waist height seal rear door.

What a mess! My rear window collapsed last week as a result of the window guide rusting. I also require the upper seal as this is in a bad state on both rear doors. The bubbling has been ignored for a few years, but now I can see what's happening! Please let me know if the upper waist height door seals are available anywhere. These will be required by everyone keeping their Rovers sooner or later, as it will become imperative for the cars security and weatherproofing.

As it only a trim to fill a gap ?..

thinking there might be a tee section plastic extrusion somewhere that may fit or be trimmed to fit ?

Anyone got the section dimensions ?

think these might not be wide enough and a bit angled ? ..

Just moving it back up the list.

Did anyone ever find an alternative?
