Default Very very low mileage?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ROVER-75-...19.m1438.l2649

Just saw this one on Ebay, seems a nice vehicle and I don't doubt the qualities and the longevity of these cars, but to say that 92k is very, very low?

Maybe he shares a planet with this seller, who reckons that the combination of a Tourer and the Diesel engine is “very rare”. Mind you, this one can claim a relatively low mileage (74k)

92k hardly low. One of mine has done 52k but still has very rusty subframes but I;m hoping the body is perfect. Mechanics seemed 100% when I last drove it over a year ago, but it's since broken three springs while being parked up!
