Default Bosch saves diesel with new technology

Bosch saves Diesel Car engines, reducing pollution etc beating regulations?
Looks hopeful.

Good news indeed - looks like this new technology deals with the Nox gasses - but not the particulates?

I suppose if DPF’s can also be improved - the happy days!

I was reading about this today. Seems like a company being sensible.

What made me smile was that after what the Government has done about taxing new diesel cars the second hand market us now going up in average price as people still want diesel but are not buying new

Interestingly this appears only possible for new build vehicles and not for retrofitting - which means "you can buy safely from us but you must scrap the old ones".

Yes of course, and remember there is no pollution generated by scrapping the old car and producing a new one ...
