It's absurdly easy to catch these people (ANPR and CCTV) so minimum investigation costs and very little time spent on finding him. Penalties are high in this case because there is 'aggravation' and a large element of 'challenge' due to his actions - don't mock the system is the message. An attack on authority dignity is more serious than any other crime. Apparently.

I have no problem with genuine travellers who choose to be self sufficient, but these sponges just drain society's resources. The Police are paid for by the majority of society. How can a situation arise where by the Police are unable to serve our best interests like this? If they can't, the army should! Last edited by Typhoon190; 26th April 2018 at 21:07.. |

Genuine traveller families will not cause mess or disturbance, its the likes of these yobos, that give the GENUINE travelling community a headache.

1st occasion, it's a complete bomb site, rubbish strewn everywhere, scrap, human excrement, dirty nappies, the lot. We have to pull out as environmental services need to disinfect the site to deal with the 'hazardous waste' 2nd occasion, the same team go in to clear up, and find all the rubbish bagged up in a pile. No human waste, no dirty nappies, no broken toys, They even replaced the barriers that had been mysteriously moved to allow them access onto the site in the first place
