Just be patient and keep looking, took me months to find a 260. I was getting frustrated at the number of already sold ones that were still advertised . . . . if its sold take the bleedin' ad down! Eventually found one down near Leeds.

I’d just like a nice clean low ish miles one that’s good underneath too. They come up but like you say I’ve got to be patient

Have you looked on the 260s owner's club forum: https://www.two-sixties.co.uk/mgoc260/html/f0rum/

I’ve seen this car in person before this owner bought it and the driver front wheel was set back and bent at an angle so I passed on it then, it was around £7000 or £8000 then so it’s most definitely not worth the £12000 they are after

They are not the fastest car you will ever drive so you would be advised to have a drive or two in one before you commit and then see if you want one or not.
Gearbox isn't the best either but the smiles are worth it.
I have 164,000 miles on mine now, bought it 9 years ago and love it though it does have it's faults

Are you looking for a saloon or Tourer? I know of a nice pre-facelift ZT-T 260 that will be for sale soon in Cheshire.
