hi to all, first time on site. just purchased rover 75 s.e.t. 2003 23,000 miles. no owners manual or srevice history manual, any ideas as to how i can get hold of the above.

Try Rimmers or XPart for a new one.
Les at SMC Trading sometimes has them also (see banner ad at top of pages)

Hi,
If your VIN serial number is before 279843 you need part number VDC000420EN

If after 279844 but before a 5D vin, you need VDC000480EN

Both in stock at XPart.
