Here's the latest: after discussing plans with a couple of members & my contact at Locomotion we have decided to meet up before the event & travel in convoy so we all arrive together making life easier for the museum
The rendezvous point will be at Scotch Corner in the long layby on the Northbound entry slip road, I have not yet set a time so any thoughts would be welcome. Anyone who is unable to make the rendezvous is still more than welcome to attend but may have to park in the events car park to the side of the museum |

Right this idea seems to be gathering a bit of interest so I have confirmed a date with Locomotion at Shildon, I've gone for Sunday 27th of September.
