Wink Snow & Ice...... so I walked

Went out to the car this morning and eventually found it under 4 inches of snow, and a generous coating of ice. Always said I would not drive in deep snow,,ish so off my son and I went to walk to school. Glad I did all side roads were ungritted and an ice rink(was looking over my shoulder for Gemma Collins) saw several cars sliding and spinning. By the school most cars were sliding all over the place. In any event my son was enjoying his walk in the snow........ And it has just started to snow again... so another walk to school this afternoon..... But at least my Eve is safely tucked away in my drive.... I did start her up just to make sure battery was ok, started first time

That’s not deep! I’ve successfully navigated a 75 through a lot worse than that, they really are one of the best cars for driving in snow.

Several years ago, well it must have been about thirty now, there was thick snow on the ground here for weeks, and I took the kids on the sledge each day. Luckily I had time to do it, but it was a lot safer.

Show-off!

These cars are for snow wimps.

Real men go out in their RWD cars to tackle inclines in the snow!

Oh come on it's easy, even my wife can do it in a 75

This was her arriving at Park Foot campsite Pooley Bridge Ullswater during the beast from the east ... only slight modification was the Avon WT7 winter tyres
