Default Festive hobbies

Has anyone else got any festive hobbies? For the last couple of years I’ve made wooden Christmas decorations, and sold them on local selling pages on Facebook. Not made a huge amount of money but it’s certainly helped towards paying for Christmas. So far I’ve made everything from bits of wood I had lying around, so the only cost has been a bit of glue and the lights. My wife is insistent on doing a Christmas craft fair next year, but I’m not convinced, I could see me making enough for a fair, then nothing selling and being lumbered with a garage full of it!

Anyway, hopefully here are some photos, having to try a different image hosting site now as photobucket no longer seems to upload anything via the app.

Cool, hand made traditional Christmas decorations, i like the idea of the traditional cottage industry fare.
I think your good lady may be on to something there, it's nice to see something a little different and not a once only throw away item.
Go for it, and wish you the best of luck with the sales.

Thanks, hopefully she’s right, otherwise we’ll end up with a lot of firewood, and we don’t have an open fire!

I’ve got enough hobbies with my garden and cars but the missus makes greetings cards etc.
She has a small factory in our upstairs bedroom LOL
