I agree, a few random engines failing the test means little, we need a database of many engines before we can say with any certainty.
Any number of things could cause a failure, the injectors may be poor, the way its driven may not help either, a good blast out down the motorway really helps a diesel clean up. |

Ron - I tried sending a PM, but no reply....
Any chance of a replacement Synergy adjuster knob please? I managed to loose mine when swapping batteries a while ago. No visible smoke or soot on the bumper before fitting Synergy and none since fitting - Synergy set on Max/Max.
