Easy route through the bulkhead
Is there an easy route to pass a thin wire through from the centre console area to under the bonnet on the passenger side?

on my MKII, As advised to me, there is a wire taped up behind the passenger foot well fuse box that appears under the engine bay fuse box. Is this of any use, it does mean 2 joins

If you remove the wheel arch liner you can gain access to the large rubber grommet where the cabling from the interior fuse box goes to the under bonnet fuse box.
The grommet is double skinned but you can pierce it to pass a cable through. I did this when fitting my angel eyes. |

I ran my amp cable from the battery through a grommet just below and in front of the driver's side wiper mount, which passed through the plenum and another grommet in the bulkhead, this came through just above the accelerator pedal.
