Well, I've solved the rubbing noise. It was a bit of plastic hanging down behind the OS disk back plate. Didn't notice it before as it was hidden!
That just leaves me with the slight knocking noise from the steering at low speed or stationary. I'll double check the TREs sometime in the next couple of days. |

Welcome to the forum.
It would be worthwhile checking the front drop links which attach onto the anti roll bar. They are a constant source of knocking sounds from the front, especially at low speeds. |
