Re V32 O/S Update

For you people out there with the BMW MK4 DVD Sat Nav there is nothing new on the V32 over V31 Operating system.
The V32 is only for updating newer systems not the MK4.

A Word of WARNING!
Do not attempt to use V32 on a MK3.
It will completely stop it working.
Don't know why yet.
This would only affect those that have upgradeable MK3's, BMW units not Rover/MG.

I may be out on a limb here. But it is my understanding that Mk3 will only update to version 23 (or was it 27). Anything above that is the same content. Ie. v32 will give you 23/27 on a Mk3.

Correct in you cannot update any higher than the earlier version, as nothing new added.
In fact nothing new added for the MK4 either thats why not required above V31,
but many reports coming in of people using V32 on a MK3 and it locking it up!!

Latest Version of V31 will take you to:

MK1.....1-1/80
MK2.....2-1/81
MK3.....3-1/63
MK4.....4-1/00
Navi 01...7.3.20
Navi 02...8.4.40
