Its a sad fact of life when buying private sale, you take your chances.
Thats why private sales are cheaper, no guarentee, no comebacks.

Im sure many of us on here have been caught at some point in out lives. The clutch slave went on my first 190 a few days after i bought it.
I knew there was no point in whinging about it, either go through the aggro and expense of a small claims case, with very little chance of winning or put it down to experiance. I did the second one.
He's not going to like it but your buyer saddly has little choice but to do the same.
