Default What is happening to Rolls Royce ?

What is/ has happened to Rolls Royce, is it producing too many cars for premiership footballers or what ?

Spotted in Dubai and not Delia Smiths

And this is the first Rolls 4 x 4 SUV due out in 2018

And this is the interior

Of this one ( at least it looks good outside )

Surely they should look like this

Might be an aftermarket company? But might be, they'll do whatever you want if you've got the cash. Like the droptop very nice.

We all know that RR is owned by Germans and this is what they will do: they will respond to the market in order to boost sales. This keeps the company healthy and the brand relevant to those who have the readies in their trousers.

If RR were British-owned, this would be seen as vulgar and below the dignity of the brand. Consequently, those with the available wonga would take their lack of taste elsewhere to German companies who'd be more than willing to pander to their desires.

An object lesson in this week of commemoration.

There was a fantastic documentary on channel 4 about Rolls Royce where I believe the Diamond encrusted edition, as per the below picture was featured.

I think Rolls Royce's major selling point is that they'll cater to the customers needs, no matter how questionable they are.
