Default Help in Harlow Essex please?

Asking for a friend ( yes really!). He has a V6 that has "possibly" had the cambelt go, and if not it's certainly due as change anyway as it's survived 100k miles and many years. Probably not a good idea to drive it anywhere, so I was wondering if there is anyone in the Old Harlow Essex area that could possibly help/diagnose/quote etc?
Many thanks
