Has a pattern of breakages been observed? By which I mean is there, or are there specific manufacturing periods that have gone on to exhibit front spring failures?
All my 75s have been 51, 03 and 53 reg Tourers. I must have driven 100k+ miles and never had a broken spring. |

I secured mine with a stainless bolt and nylock nut, I deemed this more secure than the supplied bolts gaining purchase on just the lower plate...

Thought it was earlier cars. There is an advisory with chassis numbers and I think it goes up to 2002?? could be wrong.
