Just got two complete suspension assemblies from Mat( DMGRS), so a good opportunity to fit the tyre protectors I bought 18 months ago!!

Just reminded me that I have a set I bought 3 years ago. Don’t think they will be much good to me if a spring breaks at the moment. (Note to self. ) Get them fitted, idiot.)
My friend who has a 2001 Connie diesel, had his car recalled for them to be fitted. Never had a spring break on the front, but coming back from holiday up north, we heard a loud bang at the rear, and I said it sounded like a spring breaking. It was when he checked it next day.
