Why did the detail get edited out? It was interesting especially about the engine!

The engine had a knocking noise and once it was started you could hear it needed doing, the guy said might be better to get another engine but i wanted to keep everything major with the car as it was built.

There must be something in the air....S542AOX is also slowly being resurrected ! It had previously had a cambelt idler disintegrate and I too thought about finding another engine, but also decided to rebuild the one it was built with, to maintain originality

Lots of welding ahead though, sills - outers and inners this time

Ty Sonic same here as well been standing for over 7 years so i guess lots of work ahead.Same to you as well Posted some images of it as it was picked up. Ohh i have also found out its the last 75 Saloon in the S Regs in Moonstone left.
