Cool Cache Clear

Hi peeps i have a Naval Star and i need to clear the cache in storage.It does not work like a mobile and i have installed a cache cleaning app and it doesnt work so my cache is reading 858mb...Any ideas i have you tubes and people are like hold power button until unit of and then hold 15 secs and you get like a dos page come up this doesnt work neither...

I was told to clear the cache to disconnect the battery overnight but this didn't work for mine. Might work for you.
