Default Pakistani truck channel.

Has anyone here watched any of their vids on truck chassis repairing? They're a health & safety nightmare but really interesting how they go about restoring/repairing trucks with limited equipment. plus the "Pakistan metal artwork" they attach to them, goodness knows what that does to the unladen weight of them

They certainly use a wide variety of hammers

I love the futuristic protective shoes HERE, no steel toe caps here, just a 'force shield' lol

I do love a make do and mend attitude.

LOL Yeah I love the way they fabricate with brute force mainly The guy holding the long cold chisel to break the rivets has a lot of faith in the hammer guy, If he misses with those strikes he's going to get a smashed hand.
Takes a good eye & skill to swing that hammer so hard precisely.

Some of the other videos show the finished lorries decked out in gaudy interiors most of which covers the windows and extended front bumper with Religious steel artwork made out of 6mm sheets of MS.
The tipper bodies are given the same treatment which must go way over the unladen weight for the vehicle.

I'm sure Phil (Gate Keeper) has posted some photos in the past of the African approach to roadside repairs and garages - if he reads this perhaps he could re-post them?

Thumbs up

An interesting video. I wonder if the six-wheel title is a mistake as I only saw 4 unless I'm mistaken. Nice to see something saved and given a new lease of life by people who seem to just get on with it while exuding a can-do attitude.
