Default Help! Squeak and knock on idle? Disappears when clutch pedal is pressed.

Afternoon everyone,

The striped one is being a bit of a pain in the last week I have an issue when the car is up to temperature that there is a slight knock and squeak that disappears when the car is put into gear. My initial thoughts were the release bearing but I thought I would 'put it to the floor' for the opinions of the fine folks of this forum.

Many Thanks in advance.

Luke
