Morning everyone.
A grey start to the day. Rained most of yesterday. Managed to repot some mint and raspberry cuttings. Off to the Lyneham Estate car show this morning.

It’s dry at the minute and is so to say for the majorly of that day. The forecast is supposed. To be wet for the next four days is wet each day,so I certainly hope there is enough to fell up all the reservoirs that need a bit .

Been looking over what I have to do with Alex's guitar. He wants me to use the pots (potentiometers) etc from a "scrap" pickguard to build up a new one. Trouble is the pots are scrap without the "S" at the start, they're rubbish from a cheap (probably Chinese) copy of a Fender Strat. I know he's on a budget, I'd use quality ones I have but I ain't got any. Need to speak to him, see if he can afford to get quality ones.

Well we had wet this morning, then the sun appeared for a couple of hours.
I washed the Insignia, polished the paintwork, then polished the seats and all the inside with polish all the inside and clean the inside, I'm knackered now so just as well it's been looking smart, the cloud appear early this afternoon, and it's getting very cloud so it might starting rain again.

Morning all.
Like others it's been absolutely hammering it down. Ours was in the wee small hours. Probably be wellies for walking Quizzie over the fields as the long grass will be soaking wet. . Suitably erm... tired, yes, that's the word and aching all over. All because of this: Friday: Saturday: Yesterday: Quizzie obviously assisted wherever possible - showing me the way to our back garden and wagging her tail to show her encouragement and approval. Or maybe it was just to get some treats . Anyone know somewhere to get a good massage . Take care everyone. |
