Thanks for that Pete, I will give him a call on Monday morning and hopefully my first run out in the ZT will include a remap . Northampton is only about 1 1/2 hours away.

Did you get the re-map done first and then the synergy 2 or doesn't matter..And do you know if the gearbox and final drive can cope with all the torque.

Remap first, then new clutch, then peisburg maf and synergy 2.

No issues with gearbox or final drive at the moment! Been running this way for 4 or 5 months...

I believe some have got these cars up to about 200 bhp, but at that point the clutch does slip. I doubt the rest of the car will have a problem though.

Yes mate... The X power upgrade was MG's own remap for the 116 BHP that took it to around 131 BHP

Thes map just takes it up another level... Usually around 156-160 BHP

HTH

~185 BHP seems to be the limit.

No.

IF he will do it for £99, and he does more than just an "off-the-shelf" map download, and theres some dyno-proven results I would be *very* interested!

Yeah from what ive seen thats about it before problems arise. Still not bad and makes the car very much able to handle the more modern diesels.
