Would love to attend Lee but the day and date are against me. I am at work on the 12th but may be able to get out for an hour

. If not at work, Sunday is the day I visit me dad in a home at Aycliffe so would have to leave at 2ish to pick up me ma, plus I may be playing golf on the morning

Re the Arnison Centre, it will be fairly busy with Sainsbury shoppers so I would suggest go past McDonalds heading towards Halfords and you will be able to line the cars up on your right, its normally quieter here. Food is available in Sainsbury's, KFC not far away and a pub/grub is behind Halfords (you can walk to it by going past Halfords on your right)

If I dont make it hope you all have a good time
