Default NTL World

Can anyone help me please. I am on NTL broadband which is now Virgin but can find no telephone number for problems with broadband connection. There is a freephone number (or was?) My connection has been dreadful for the past three days with each page taking 3 - 4 seconds to come up. I have done a speed check and its running 200kb all the time.

All I want is the phone number, can anyone help please.

Cheers

Ken

Turns out its a faulty modem and they are bringing one out to me on Saturday. I am getting a quarter speed out of it at an average of 76kb.

Until then its all sloooow for me

Thanks for the help
