Whilst in John Lewis Brent Cross today, I tried out the A6000, A6300 and an A7ii
I wasn't able to test panning, shutter lag. No memory card. The A6500 was out on loan to John Lewis Oxford Street. What surprised me was that the full frame was lighter than than the A6300, although there was not much in the difference.
Thank you Phil. I only shoot in the first half of the day, so the light is hitting the bird on the side and on it's eye. Of course I get lots of shots with the bird looking in the wrong direction.

I have not held the Sony full frame cameras but I understand they are not much bigger than the aps-c ones.

I did read today (strong rumor) that the next full frame Sony will be 60mp but not released for several months. I reckon if that has a crop mode it will give 24mp (approx) cropped images. If they give it the new batteries and silent shutter and no blackout with best ever auto focus then it would be my perfect camera - except the price.
