Once you have changed filter (as above).. Take your car out and drive it at 4000 revs for about half a mile to clear all the muck out.

You will need to do it in 2nd or if using a motorway, 3rd gear...

I had the same problem, very smelly blue/grey smoke mainly at tiickover. Having made sure all filters were changed, did leak back test and found one injector to be slightly below spec, this had also been highlighted on T4 previously. Changed all 4 injectors and problem went away and never returned.
I must point out that the injector was only marginally down but the smoking was pretty bad and I didn't have any starting or consumption problems.
