electric windows

bit of a daft one but i get the impression from the handbook that all the windows should have a quickshot up and down option, my drivers door does both all others do the down only is this normal or is there a reprogramming issue etc ?

The One shot up is only fitted on the Drivers door window.
All (Electric) windows have the one shot down facility.
If this is not working on a car it is generally because it hasn't been activated on T4.
