2004 Tourer Connoisseur SE CDTi 131
after much confibulations I think we are going to look for a facelift. So this silver 150k Tourer for sale....what I paid but with a lot of sorting done and now with a nice documented service history totalling some £4500 in bills, including strut tops, crankshaft pulley, both fuel pumps, a dual mass flywheel, clutch and all clutch hydraulics. Drives beautifully, and after owning a while I can pretty much predict what the new owner might need to do in the next 2 or 3 years.
This is an OBDII car with the later temperature sensor, and has charcoal/grey power seats with driver memory. And factory fitted cruise control. Probably likely that I wont be getting another walnut dash car so walnut handbrake, gear knob and new leather gaiters availably reasonably with the car. pm for details Last edited by pondweed; 26th January 2009 at 07:22.. |

well, its what I paid for it! And was bought in same vein as your red one - thinking that if it wasn't right for me, I couldnt really lose! Yes, I think its an absolute bargain still, but don't want to profit from it and I've come to the conclusion that living in Sussex now (expensive labour round here, if you can find someone good) and not having my own mechanic-ing facilities means that doing all the front suspension bits gradually and doing the rear discs and so on isn't really me at the moment... its actually more cost effective for me to get a more expensive car again, so I can just do the bits I can actually physically do, like fbh retrofit and trafficmaster and interior bits.
I suspect it will actually probably still get through a next MOT fine, but I'm sure a wheel bearing will need doing before long, and a loose front suspension joint noise occasionally. Last edited by pondweed; 30th December 2008 at 19:00.. |

If only... I'd love a Diesel Tourer but don't have room for any more cars.
It's a bargain, and had all the expensive stuff done. A fantastic buy for someone!!! |

Can't believe it's not sold yet.
Still can't persuade SWMBO that we have room for it. Ah well. |

Well, it is SILVER !!
But colour aside, it is a bargain at this price... or have second hand car prices plummeted with the over stocking of new cars and their prices falling?
