Batteries - Correct Size needed ? Help Required !
Hello,
Following an earlier post today (and many thanks for the replies as the diagnosis was spot on), I bought a new battery. However, it is 2-3ins shorter than the original and therefore am having problems securing it in place. The retaining strap is very difficult to adjust - particularly at the place of the threaded bolt. I sepcifically asked for a battery for a Rover 75 CDT but..... Have I bought the wrong battery I am wondering i.e should the replacement be the same dimensions ? I would be grateful for any reply - this seemingly 10 minute job has already taken 1 hour !! Regards
