Good morning Jim, I did enjoy the foot tapping fairground music at the beginning and the realism of the rest of the film with the sights and sounds of members chatting about their cars. It is a lovely piece of work, I know how much you put into it. Thank you for the film and for those of us who couldn’t make it to the meet, it is special to see....

A good afternoon to you Phil.

Many thanks for your comments, pleased to hear that you enjoyed the video and it made up for not being able to attend.

Best regards

I have been looking at the reviews about your new camera Jim, packed with lots of useful features. A powerful zoom and GPS, to name just a couple. What more could you ask for......

Hi Phil

I'd been after one with balanced optical stabilisation, had a few models on the radar so when this PJ780E came up I made an offer and it was accepted by the seller.

Seems a very capable camcorder; the stabilisation system is amazing, larger sensor than the CX570E, easier to access manual settings and improved audio recording. I really wasn't after one with a built in projector but have been pleasantly surprised that it actually performs quite well, though I doubt I'll use the feature much.

Mine doesn't have GPS, that's the PJ780VE.
