Tourer load cover handle
Got fed up with my load cover handle flopping about and the hinge part pointing downward.
The handle could of course be replaced with a new one but this is my third replacement. The handle relies on a couple of pips to locate into two holes in the alloy tube and a two self tappers to hold the two halves of the handle together. The problem is that the pips wear away and the handle is not secure. All you need is four 3mm bolts 25mm long and 4 nuts. Drill through the alloy tube to make a new hole above the existing hole, then drill through the self tapper holes in the handle and drill 2 new holes in place of the locating pips. You will end up with this. Now the load cover flap no longer hangs down. Dave T |

The above is not confirmed, have a look at this. I would contact one of the traders on here for a replacement handle. Dave T |
