Most do, this one did not. The woodpeckers are hard as nails and just stare at the camera.
Being able to fire of a few shots really quickly gives a better chance of a decent pic before they fly off.

One from today just before I cut down all the buttercups.

Here is one I took with my old Pentax KR using a neutral density filter as we are talking filters in the other thread.

This enabled a 13 second exposure to give the water that icy look.

Best bit of photo equipment I have. Jessops should sell them.

I am thinking of investing in one that would slope up at 45 degrees and the bird can perch on the top. More of a pro stick that one. I'll see what funds I have.

On another note, I am now able to type this at my pc whilst watching the stick on a second monitor. If a subject appears on said stick, I press the wireless remote button. Best setup yet.
