AFAIK for any procedure. Certainly asked me if I wanted to be resuscitated. Mind you that was a Liver biopsy. I gave it some thought and answered "probably". They didn't like that.

Hope to see you all there and pay my debts to Big Russ and Stocktake ( beer) for doing my plenums at the last meet .

Hope you can make it Andrew. You know the meet is far more important than having an op.
