Ah the good old 8 tracks. The youngsters have no idea these days lol. You’d often to strip the cassette apart because the tape had risen up on the spool stopping it coming out of the centre and jamming it. Spent many a happy hour winding the tape back onto the spool

They should be allowed to lock you up for a VERY long time if you use your mobile whilst driving. If being on Busses saves just 1 life then it's worth it.
